The Junction Diner in Poulsbo

The place we thought was an old hardware store actually turned out to be the diner. It was great food. First place I’ve been that when you order a milkshake you get a big milkshake like BIG big only complaint is the price but for a small hole in the wall diner that is expected. Other than that atmosphere was nice and food was amazing.

No frills, local diner with good fare for the price depending on what you get. Definitely a hang-out for the locals, with an at-home feel I was missing when I moved here. Would recommend for a relaxing bite to eat without having to travel south!

Great SMALL diner. Has an original small town vibe to it. Chicken fried steak was very good. Never suffered an empty coffee cup either. Definitely coming back.

Always an amazing diner that i visiting. Whether I'm meeting friends, family and the such, the junction is one of my top favorites. The portions are great, the prices are very fitting and you can find something for every budget. Also, the pies are to die for.

A few years after trying this place for the first time, and not being impressed, I gave it another shot. It's not as bad as I first thought. It's 3-star food. In fact, I'll give it an extra star for being open so early.

As always food was great and so was the service.

Usually have an excellent time there with good food and good service. The food as always was good. However the service this time today was not friendly nor welcoming and as leaving the area we have discovered we got ripped off for $10. That was a deal breaker off the get, til they get new service worker. We will not be going back and will be spreading the info with friends and family.

Fantastic food and service! It's totally a "hole in the wall" feel. Nothing fancy in there. Photos of family. Funny sayings and art work. But you can tell the gals there want to be there and we enjoyed it a ton!

Probably the only place open at 4am. The sausage patties from Minder Meats are actually very tasty. Service is friendly and fast. Heck you can just go back behind the counter and get your own coffee if you want. I would go back for sure.

Great place with small town flavor. Very small diner so not ideal for large groups, but fantastic food and very friendly owner. Have had takeout a few times (corned beef hash, hashbrowns, French toast - all very good!) from Junction and always satisfied.

You could kill yourself with the food here. It's greasy spoon stuff, but it's EXCELLENT greasy spoon stuff. You have to try this place out.

Great people, great food & great prices.

A place for old time locals. People who get up early and work all day. Parking sucks and there's not much seating. Closed for Dinner and Sundays.

Small place, great breakfast, and super friendly people. No rush feel to the place, lots of regulars at the counter.Food was hot and large portions. Shari, the owner/ server is delightful! We will go back when we are visiting again.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Really small, and has a good vibe. Ordered a logger's omelet. Delicious.

Food was solid for a fair price. Loved the logger omlette. Kids pancake with egg and sausage (or bacon) for $4 bucks was fantastic. Pancakes super tasty, and I love the thin hash browns with a crispy side.

Great breakfast, very friendly and professional service, the portions are big, and coffee is just right. Highly recommended!

Best homemade cooking and breakfast I had in ages

Let me tell you how yummy this place really is!!! Such great food and definitely a place to go with family, on a date or even by yourself. Such a great home feel.to the place. Yes its tiny but you can always do take-out!

Solid offerings, well cooked and nice portions of mostly breakfast type fare. Haven't tried their burgers/lunch items.

Great little diner and I use the word little. Very good food and prices are fair.

The staff was super friendly. Easy to chat with but never hovered. The portions were great. I split a meal with my SO and was perfectly full. The kids had an awesome pancake face breakfast that they loved. Will be going back often.

I love eating chicken fried steak. It is my go to if I'm going to eat out. I've had it at 100s of restaurants in many states. The Junction Diner seriously has the best chicken fried steak ever! If you have not tried it there you absolutely need to, you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
